Mrs. Reva Martin
Hello Roger Bell Family! My name is Reva Martin and I am the K-2 school counselor. I am excited to start my 30th year as a school counselor! Wow, how time flies!
I received my BS in Psychology and my MEd in Counseling Education at Campbell University. Go Camels!
I am a retired military wife and I have two adult children, Jasmine and Lauryn.

Mr. Allen Scurlock
My name is Allen Scurlock and I’m your Climate, Culture and Safety Specialist here at Roger Bell New Tech! I will also be the 3rd-5th grade counselor beginning this year.
I graduated from East Carolina University with a bachelor’s in biology and I’m currently working towards my masters in school counseling from Capella University. I have been with Roger Bell for four years, having previously served as the School Resource Officer until last year, when I made the transition to this new position.
I’m married to my wonderful wife, Ashley, and have a one-year-old daughter, Abigail.
I look forward to continuing to support our students here at Roger Bell!
Deputy White
Hello, my name is David White and I am just starting my second year as the School Resource Officer at Roger Bell. I have been working in law enforcement for 13 years and have found that being an SRO is by far the most rewarding assignment I have ever had. I am a veteran of the Marine Corps and NC Army National Guard. I'm more than happy to help out in any way I can and looking forward to another eventful school year.
